Our practice operates on a private-pay basis, allowing us to focus entirely on delivering the highest quality, most thorough evaluations possible without the constraints of insurance-driven timelines or limitations. ​

The flat-rate fee covers everything: psychological testing, the clinical interview, a comprehensive written report, and a feedback session, and any letters of support or accommodation.

While we do not bill insurance directly, we can provide you with a superbill upon completion of your evaluation with step-by-step instructions to submit your superbill to your insurance upon request.  We will provide you all the codes and credentials your insurance company needs to process a claim. You submit it directly to your insurer, and any reimbursement is sent straight to you.

Some clients with out-of-network benefits may receive partial or full reimbursement after submitting a superbill, but reimbursement depends on the client’s insurance plan and is not guaranteed. We recommend calling the member services number on your insurance card before scheduling and asking: "What are my out-of-network behavioral health benefits for psychological testing?" That can give you a clear picture of your out-of-pocket cost.  HSA and FSA funds are also accepted.
